SpecsTool is maintained by one person, so messages are read and answered by that same person. Write about whatever you need: correcting a figure, asking for something to be added, privacy questions or collaboration proposals.

How to write so it actually helps

• If you think an estimate is wrong, tell us the game, your processor, your graphics card, the resolution, the quality preset and the frame rate you really get. With those six facts we can recalibrate that title's profile; without them we can only note it down.
• If a game or component is missing, tell us exactly which one (the full model, not "an AMD card"). It goes into the next database update batch.
• If you have found a bug — something that will not load, an impossible calculation, clipped text — tell us what you did just before it, and which browser and device you were on.
• For privacy or personal data questions, check the Privacy Policy first; if you are still unsure, write with "Privacy" in the subject and we will answer that specifically.

What we can help with

Data corrections and recalibrations, adding games and components, website bugs, questions about how the model works or where a specific figure comes from, and legal or privacy matters. Proposals too: if there is a tool you think is missing, tell us about it.

What we cannot

We do not provide technical support for individual machines ("my PC shuts down when I play"), build custom configurations, or recommend where to buy. It is not indifference: that needs data about your machine we do not have, and a level of responsibility a project like this cannot take on. The tools are here to give you numbers so you can decide for yourself.

What happens to your message

Your email address and what you write are used only to reply to you. They are not added to any list, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising. If your message leads to a database correction, we record the change, not who sent it.

As an independent one-person project, replies usually take 2 to 5 working days. Messages with concrete data get handled first, because they are the ones that can be applied directly.
